IntellaTriage, the nation's leading nurse-based triage solution, has hired Tony Schulte to lead their growing operations team.
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. - WisconsinEagle -- IntellaTriage, the leading provider of after-hours nurse-first triage services for hospice and home health, welcomed Tony Schulte as Chief Operating Officer in July. Schulte will oversee all departments on the operations team at IntellaTriage including Quality Assurance, Training and Education, Workforce Management, and the largest team of hospice and home health Triage Nurses nationwide, with over 250 nurses and growing.
Schulte joins IntellaTriage from his most recent role as Vice President of Care Center Operations at VRI, a remote patient monitoring provider based in Ohio, where he led a call center and customer support operation for over 250 employees. In addition to his exceptional track record of best-in-class service, Tony led VRI through a successful exit and integration into ModivCare, a large Georgia-based social services and healthcare corporation. In Schulte's new position, he will play a critical role in overseeing IntellaTriage's day-to-day operations to ensure overall success by delivering the best patient and nurse experience twenty-four hours per day. The ongoing goal of Schulte's team is to improve after-hours patient experience, increase field nurse satisfaction and retention, and help clients grow and scale while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
