GREEN BAY, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- Our partner uses private investigators to ensure your prospect is clean
Hiring quality employees with a proven record of integrity is more important today than ever. That is why Wisconsin Drug Testing Consortium (WDTC) partners with Background Screeners of America (BSA) to conduct national criminal background check services that are second to none.
Employees with a poor driving record, criminal record or bad credit can put your business at risk. Our customers access a range of our services to ensure they meet all government requirements and hire low-risk employees. A national criminal background check can supplement the drug test required by the Department of Transportation (DOT) to provide the information you need to make an informed decision.
BSA's version of a national criminal background check goes far beyond a typical public record search. They can deliver a complete report using all available legal documents and resources in accordance with the Fair Credit Recording Act (FCRA).

Select your level of national criminal background check
We offer three levels of background screenings depending on the level of information you deem appropriate for the position. For example, investing in the most thorough screening package may be more appropriate for a prospect at the executive level than an entry-level position.
Depending on the screening package you choose, we can check on a potential employee's background at several levels:
The 5-panel drug test is a popular option for employers who have drug testing policies in place for their non-DOT employees as well as those mandated for covered employees. WDTC offers access to approximately 17,000 drug testing centers across the USA for ease of testing, while BSA completes its national criminal background checks remotely.
