GREEN BAY, Wis., March 28, 2024 ~ Associated Bank, a subsidiary of Associated Banc-Corp (NYSE: ASB), has been recognized as the best retail bank for customer satisfaction in the Upper Midwest Region by J.D. Power. This prestigious award was given to Associated for ranking highest in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study.
The study measures satisfaction in seven dimensions, including level of trust, people, banking how and when customers want, account offerings, digital channels, helping save time or money, and resolving problems. Associated excelled in four of these dimensions: level of trust, account offerings, banking how and when customers want, and helping save time or money.
