GREEN BAY, Wis., March 28, 2024 ~ Associated Bank, a subsidiary of Associated Banc-Corp (NYSE: ASB), has been recognized as the best retail bank for customer satisfaction in the Upper Midwest Region by J.D. Power. This prestigious award was given to Associated for ranking highest in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study.

The study measures satisfaction in seven dimensions, including level of trust, people, banking how and when customers want, account offerings, digital channels, helping save time or money, and resolving problems. Associated excelled in four of these dimensions: level of trust, account offerings, banking how and when customers want, and helping save time or money.

Over the past four years, Associated has invested more than $40 million in digital-focused technology, tools and talent. The J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Retail Banking Satisfaction Study is based on responses from over 100,000 retail banking customers of the largest banks in the United States regarding their experiences with their retail bank. It was conducted from January 2023 to January 2024. National banks, regional banks, and midsize banks were all included in the study.
