Broncano Cigar Co. Introduces Classic Rubi Corona Honoring Its Earliest Retail Partners

RACINE, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- Broncano Cigar Co. announces the Classic Rubi Corona, a 5 × 46 pigtail Corona handcrafted at Kelner Boutique Factory (KBF) in the Dominican Republic. The initial production of 500 cigars recognizes the independent retailers whose early support helped establish the brand.

A DISTINCT EXPRESSION

Blended by Hendrik Kelner Jr., founder of Kelner Boutique Factory, the Rubi Corona retains the original composition of the Classic Rubi Toro in a smaller format.

The blend features an Ecuadorian HVA wrapper, Dominican San Vicente Seco binder, and fillers consisting of Dominican Criollo 98, Dominican Piloto Cubano, Mexican San Andrés Morrón, and American Broadleaf.

Originally introduced as a 6 × 52 Toro, the blend's new 5 × 46 format offers a different balance of wrapper and filler. Each cigar features a traditional pigtail cap.

HONORING THE BEGINNING

The release acknowledges the independent retailers who supported Broncano during its formative years.

"Before the recognition, there were retailers willing to give us an opportunity," said Martin Smith, founder of Broncano Cigar Co. "Those relationships have always meant something to me. The Rubi Corona is our way of recognizing the people who believed in us from the beginning."

Initial distribution prioritizes those early retail partners.

A REFINED PRESENTATION

The Rubi Corona is available exclusively in a crimson-and-gold four-count sliding drawer box featuring Broncano's crowned emblem.

Approximately 100 boxes have been prepared for the initial release, with an MSRP of $50 per box.
