Earth Counterparts Exhibition by Roland Ruocco and Wendy White Opens
FORT MYERS, Fla. - WisconsinEagle -- When Counterparts Met - The very first-time artist Roland Ruocco met artist Wendy White at the Emerging Collector Gallery in New York City, he shared the story behind his art: drawings and paintings of another planet with its own weather, geography, and mapped terrain. He called this imagined world Earth Counterpart.
As Roland described his vision, Wendy was captivated. She recognized not only the depth of his devotion to creating a better world, but also a shared artistic spirit: her own commitment to painting light, music, and uplifting color as an abstract impressionist. In that moment, a romance began—and each found an "Earth Counterpart" in the other.
