Crain's Chicago Business partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm, to identify the windy city's best workplaces. The group surveyed employees across Chicago.
The list was ranked from #100 to #1 on September 13, 2023, during their annual awards luncheon.
The criteria for being chosen for this list involves an extensive review of each company's practices, including retention, company culture, benefits, and others.
In Chicago, a city with over 100,000 registered businesses, Crain's Chicago Business listed Green Office Partner as the #1 best place to work in Chicago.
