Industry Veteran Returns to Lead TRA's National Sales Strategy, Advisor Relationships and Strategic Partnerships
APPLETON, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA)®, a leading national retirement services company, announced that Jeff Schreiber has returned to TRA as Vice President of National Sales & Distribution. Reporting to President Matt Schoneman, Schreiber will lead TRA's national sales and distribution strategy, strengthen advisor and recordkeeper relationships, expand strategic partnerships, and support the company's continued growth nationwide.

Schreiber brings more than 25 years of experience in retirement consulting, financial planning and fiduciary services. Most recently, he served as President of Opus Capital Management, where he led client strategy and supported advisor and plan sponsor initiatives. Prior to Opus, he held senior leadership positions with MassMutual, Principal Financial Group and Fidelity Investments.
This marks a return to TRA for Schreiber, who previously served from 2018 to 2023 as Director of Sales and later Vice President of Distribution. During that time, he helped advance the company's national distribution strategy, expand advisor relationships and drive business growth.

Schreiber earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School. He also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designations.
