The new Leadership Playbook and Companion Workbook deliver a high-impact roadmap for professionals ready to lead with purpose, presence, and power.
NEW YORK - WisconsinEagle -- With 77% of organizations reporting a leadership gap and only 10% of individuals considered natural leaders, one strategist is stepping up with a bold solution. This month, leadership strategist and former telecom executive Stacie Selise officially launched her debut book series, The 4S Framework by Stacie Selise Leadership Playbook and Leadership Workbook, offering a timely and actionable roadmap for professionals ready to lead with confidence and intention.
"Honestly, this is one of the proudest moments of my career," Selise said. "They're not just a playbook and companion workbook. They're a blueprint."
Selise, who rose from an entry-level role to vice president at Verizon before founding her own leadership brand, created the 4S Framework: Support, Strive, Standards, and Success. Her goal was to simplify leadership and make it more intentional, impactful, and accessible.

"Leading through change and helping people unlock their potential has always been my passion," she explained. "I kept seeing incredibly talented professionals feeling stuck or unseen. I launched the playbook and workbook to shift that narrative and give them the tools to rise."
The dual release of the Playbook and Workbook allows readers to learn, reflect, and take action in tandem. The books are available in hardcover, paperback, and ebook formats on Amazon and Barnes & Noble, with full digital and physical bundles offered at StacieSelise.com.

"Launching this series feels like putting power back into the hands of professionals who are often overlooked or under-celebrated," she added.
The launch was celebrated with a curated brand event in a Manhattan loft gallery, where 50 guests experienced what Selise calls a luxury leadership experience. She described the evening as inspiring and deeply affirming, noting that every detail from the mints to the mugs was intentional. "It was more than a launch. It was a movement."
The 4S Framework series tackles urgent leadership topics including executive presence, values-driven decision-making, navigating bias, and avoiding burnout. These are issues that resonate in a workforce where 58% of managers report never receiving formal leadership training, according to eLearning Industry.
Selise's goal is clear. "I want readers to walk away with a renewed sense of confidence and a clear vision for how to lead with excellence, presence, and purpose."
With early response already exceeding expectations, Selise shows no signs of slowing down.
"This is only the beginning," she said. "The Stacie Selise brand is building a movement, and every leader ready to rise should be paying attention."
