BROOKFIELD, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- Oak Hill Business Partners congratulates its client Emergency Fire & Water Restoration (EF&WR) on its sale to First Onsite Property Restoration (First Onsite) in December 2021. First Onsite is one of North America's largest disaster recovery and restoration providers for commercial enterprises. Emergency Fire & Water Restoration is a Milwaukee-based fire and water restoration, mitigation, and reconstruction service provider. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Erik Owen, founder and owner of Oak Hill said, "we are proud of our work with the owner of EF&WR on preparing the company for transition, increasing the intrinsic value of the business, advising ownership on options, and assisting in evaluating the opportunities."

Owen continued, "since the seller did not engage investment bankers, we also helped communicate with the buyer, negotiate the deal, coordinate due diligence from the seller's side, and help drive integration efforts post close."
