DE PERE, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- Engineering full system solutions differentiates us from conveyor producers
Product handling automation is the fulcrum of product handling technology, and Robinson's comprehensive expertise provides our customers with complete system solutions not available from many conveyor manufacturers. Our engineering team designs systems that improve workforce safety and maximize operations while generating a high return on investment.
Robinson entered the product handling equipment space three years ago with the acquisition of Product Handling Concepts (PHC). Packaging equipment by PHC complemented Robinson's process equipment and expertise in fully skidded systems. Whether integrating customers' existing equipment or a Robinson standard design, the key to product handling automation is that assets need to function as a seamless unit.
Product handling automation results in a wide range of solutions
Robinson is capable of manufacturing stainless steel conveyor belts for most applications, but it is the design of overall production line solutions that sets us apart. Our engineering team has created a variety of solutions over the past few years that enhance customer processes and directly impact profitability.

The Momentum, Robinson's wipes canister loader, helps manufacturers of disinfectant wipes increase their productivity by loading up to 250 containers per minute. This is approximately double the rate of competing loaders and comes at a time of high demand in the wipes market.
We developed the Servo Sweep Laner as an enhancement to lane diverting technology. It is especially beneficial in high volume flat pack applications. An overhead sweep guides products into multiple lanes to leverage downstream resources without risk of accumulation.
Even standard conveyors get the Robinson treatment when it comes to ease of cleaning for the food, pharmaceutical and other industries. We offer standard and custom designs that minimize opportunities for contamination by allowing for a more efficient cleaning process.
We view product handling automation as an extension to the equipment-based manufacturing services that Robinson has always provided. Give us a call to discuss how product handling automation can improve process efficiencies for your organization.
