MILWAUKEE, July 28, 2025 ~ Milwaukee-based commercial roofing contractor Roofed Right America (RRA) has expanded its reach with the recent acquisition of B&M Roofing of Colorado (B&M). The acquisition was announced by RRA's CEO, Adam Brissman, and is backed by Great Range Capital (GRC), a private equity firm based in Kansas City.
B&M, a premier provider of reroofing, architectural metal roofs, and repair services located in Frederick, Colorado, joins RRA's growing platform which already includes Upstate Roofing of Rochester, NY and Diamond Roofing Systems of Warren, Ohio. This strategic move will not only accelerate RRA's organic growth but also establish a platform that invests in and supports other leading commercial roofing companies throughout the United States.
According to Brissman, RRA's ownership team partnered with B&M in early 2025 with the goal of promoting the collective sharing of best practices and maintaining a strong focus on organic growth across the platform. They are actively seeking organizations that align with their culture and vision for the future.

B&M, which celebrates its 78th anniversary this year, will continue to be led by its current leadership team consisting of Rami Zarifa, Scott Kawulok, David Heidt, and Brad Taylor. With over 100 employees on their team, B&M is known for providing top-notch roofing services to commercial clients across Colorado and nearby states. The team will continue to operate under the B&M brand post-acquisition while also contributing to the broader RRA platform.
"We are thrilled at the opportunity to join forces with RRA," said Rami Zarifa who has been with B&M since 1992. "We share the same culture and standards and have a shared vision for the future," added Scott Kawulok who has served on the board of directors for the National Roofing Contractors Association for multiple terms.
Adam Brissman expressed his excitement and honor in partnering with B&M and its leadership team. "B&M has been providing outstanding services for three quarters of a century and has a well-deserved reputation for excellence," he said. "We look forward to achieving future successes together."
