Solomon Expands Sales Leadership Across Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia
APPLETON, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA), a leading provider of retirement plan solutions, announced the promotion of Austin Solomon to Regional Plan Consultant (RPC). In his new role, Solomon will support financial advisors and plan sponsors Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia. He will report to Tim Lastivka, TRA's Vice President of National Sales and Distribution.
Solomon joined TRA in 2022 as an Internal Plan Consultant (IPC), where he built a strong reputation for delivering responsive, high-impact support to advisors and business owners navigating complex retirement plan decisions. In his expanded role, Solomon will work directly with advisors, recordkeepers, and partners to drive growth, strengthen relationships, and deliver customized retirement plan solutions that improve outcomes for clients.
