TL International Group Ltd, operators of the globally recognised car rental brands Right Cars and Zezgo, today confirmed the termination of its franchise agreement with Apollo Rent A Car
ATHENS, Greece - WisconsinEagle -- TL International Group Ltd, operators of the globally recognised car rental brands Right Cars and Zezgo, today confirmed the termination of its franchise agreement with Apollo Rent A Car, citing serious and ongoing concerns over unprofessional and unethical business practices.
Official Statement from the Board of Directors:
"Over the past several weeks, we have received several deeply troubling complaints from customers regarding their experiences with Apollo Rent A Car. In response, TL International Group Ltd launched a comprehensive internal investigation, which involved direct engagement with the parties concerned, a detailed review of operational procedures, and a thorough analysis of customer feedback.
Unfortunately, the outcome of this investigation left us with no alternative but to issue formal notice of termination of the franchise agreement.

Within the professional business community, it is standard practice that, in such situations, a franchise partner works collaboratively to wind down operations in a responsible manner—honouring existing reservations and concluding the relationship with integrity."
Regrettably, instead of adhering to these principles, the owner of Apollo Rent A Car has opted to further exploit the situation, reportedly demanding that customers pay up to three times the originally agreed rental price.
In response, TL International Group Ltd immediately deployed a senior company director to the affected region to implement emergency operational measures, ensuring that all outstanding reservations were honoured and that disruption to customers was minimised.
We are pleased to confirm that normal service has now resumed, and all pending reservations are being processed through an alternative authorised operator under the Right Cars and Zezgo networks.
