GREEN BAY, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- Wisconsin Drug Testing Consortium provides a range of services as a C-TPA
Wisconsin Drug Testing Consortium's (WDTC) convenient nationwide collection capabilities are creating time-saving efficiencies for CDL drivers and their employers as they submit data to the FMCSA's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse database and fulfill DOT drug testing requirements.
Our ability to facilitate testing virtually anywhere in the USA through a network of more than 17,000 collection sites – coast to coast and border to border – ensures your drivers can meet Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and DOT drug testing requirements. Each location is staffed with certified DOT collectors and testing technicians, with all collections conducted in accordance with Part 40 and Part 382 of the regulatory guidelines.
We are a preferred vendor with five national laboratories certified by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA): Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, Clinical Reference Laboratory (CRL), Alere Laboratory Services, and MedTox.

A member of the WDTC team will conduct a tutorial to train you how to use the account portal and order your own collection events, eliminating another step in the process of sending data to the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and fulfilling DOT drug testing requirements.
Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse compliance is one of many WDTC benefits
WDTC fulfills an important role in this process for owner-operators, who must designate a Certified Third Party Administrator (C-TPA) like us to comply with Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse reporting requirements. WDTC also serves in a consortium role for owner-operators and employers who benefit from being part of a larger group for DOT testing purposes.
WDTC offers the lowest testing prices in the industry, with only an administrative fee over lab costs and peace of mind knowing your Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse requirements are covered. A monthly invoice conveniently compiles all criminal background search charges for the period.
