Second consecutive award reflects emphases on defined culture and commitment to employees
SUSSEX, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- Reflecting its commitment to operating by defined core values, and devoting its team's work to the glory of God, Captivate Exhibits has once again been named among southeast Wisconsin's "Best Places to Work" by the Milwaukee Business Journal.
The 2023 award is the second consecutive "Best Places to Work" honor for Captivate Exhibits, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2022 in conjunction with the first. Over three decades, Captivate Exhibits has become the regional leader in trade show marketing services and production of custom exhibits and displays.
"We're honored to again be recognized as a 'Best Place to Work,' which we believe stems directly from our goal to help employees become the best they can be, every day," said David Jentz, Executive Vice-President of Captivate Exhibits. "This doesn't just mean being the best employees, but the best spouses, parents, friends and human beings possible. Work-life balance isn't just a catch phrase – we implement and promote practices that make it reality."

The "Best Places to Work" awards are a direct result of carefully-crafted practices developed and honed during the company's long tenure. Captivate Exhibits (https://captivateexhibits.com/who-we-are/) integrates six core values throughout its culture: Integrity, Excellence, Creativity, Reliability, Positivity and Generosity. The company's mission statement is "Empowering people to become the best version of themselves by living out our core values for the glory of God."
Captivate Exhibits relocated in March 2023 to N56-W24701 N. Corporate Circle, Sussex. The new space, 50 percent larger than its former Brookfield office, is ideally suited for an organization experiencing steady growth. The larger facility allows many opportunities for operational efficiency and improved interaction with customers.
Besides designing and building exhibits that spur face-to-face personal marketing, Captivate Exhibits helps organizations create workspaces that reflect pride and engage employees. The company assists businesses with branded environments, history walls, welcoming lobby renovations, and comfortable, functional break rooms and kitchens.
