Longstanding tree trimming and removal company purchases new machinery that squeezes into tight spots, and protects consumers' properties
BUTLER, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- Dorshak Tree Specialists, southeastern Wisconsin's complete tree trimming and tree removal service for 36 years, has upgraded its advanced fleet of equipment with the addition of three machines that further enhance service capabilities and protect customers' properties.
The new additions reinforce Dorshak Tree Specialists' reputation for deploying the most modern, updated equipment in the Milwaukee area. The technology allows its skilled teams to perform tree pruning and removal in less time, while minimizing potential damage to lawns and landscaping from heavy equipment.
"These new pieces of equipment are game changers for many reasons, mostly because they allow us to work in areas that were previously inaccessible, and be able to leave a property afterward looking like we were never there," said Myron Dorshak, owner of Dorshak Tree Specialists. "We're tremendously grateful to the customers who have supported us for nearly four decades, and are excited to invest in equipment that helps us serve them at a higher level with less impact."

Two new spider lifts at Dorshak Tree Specialists (https://www.dorshaktree.com/contact-tree-care-experts) can get into virtually any space, indoors or outdoors, by fitting through doors or gates as narrow as 36 inches. Able to reach up to 83 feet, the battery-powered lifts are ideal for operating in buildings and atriums that have indoor trees or plants to be pruned.
A new loader operates with "green tracks," instead of standard treads, to protect customers' lawns. The belt-like tracks, which cost significantly more than treads, can literally spin on grass without tearing it up. The loader is used to remove trunks, branches and other debris following tree services.
These equipment purchases follow the 2021 addition of an Altec Remote Controlled Tree Removal system, which reaches 92 feet to safely cut, then grab, limbs and trunk sections in one motion. Its reach often allows the unit to be operated from driveways or parking lots, avoiding having to drive onto grass or planting beds.
