El Departamento de Bomberos de la Ciudad de Madison está suspendiendo todos los permisos para la quema de desechos en la Ciudad de Madison, el Pueblo de Blooming Grove y la Villa de Shorewood Hills a partir de este mismo momento. Esta restricción permanecerá vigente hasta nuevo aviso.
Todos los permisos de quema de desechos están siendo suspendidos por las siguientes razones:
Las quemas prescritas pueden generar que el departamento de bomberos responda para investigar los reportes de humo y/o fuego. Esta suspensión de permisos de quemas de desechos mantendrá disponible al personal de respuesta a emergencias para manejar las preparaciones para el COVID-19 y otras llamadas de emergencia mientras que a la vez estará reduciendo la exposición pública no esencial.

- Para ser consistentes con la suspensión de permisos para quema de desechos de parte del Departamento de Recursos Naturales;
- Para mantener seguros a nuestros bomberos.
