OSHKOSH, Wis., May 28, 2025 ~ At the upcoming Clean Show '25, Girbau and Girbau North America (GNA) will be showcasing their latest industrial laundry products. President Mike Floyd has announced that the company will be featuring a range of Girbau Industrial (GI) equipment, including feeders, folders, ironing systems, and an automated soil sorting system. Additionally, attendees can expect to see 90- and 130-pound capacity GS Series Washers and a variety of dryers on display.
According to Floyd, the company is excited to offer new product introductions, operational laundry systems, live demonstrations in their booth (2523), and opportunities for attendees to interact with staff, customers, and distributors. He also mentioned that there will be aggressive financing options and product promotions available for attendees.
One of the highlights at the Girbau booth will be fully operational industrial equipment such as feeders, folders, ironing systems, and an automated soil sorting system. Attendees can witness these systems in action and learn about their features and capabilities.
The DRE High-Speed Feeder is designed to precisely feed healthcare and hospitality linens of various sizes and weights into any corresponding ironer at high-speed throughput rates. It also has the ability to quickly transition to smaller items such as fitted sheets, napkins, pillowcases with just a touch of a button. The DRE offers two to four operator stations and can feed up to 1,200 items per hour. It features an intuitive touchscreen control with 99 customizable programs.

Another impressive piece of equipment is the FRB High Production Folder which seamlessly works with any model ironer or stacker. It has one to four folding lanes and can automatically perform two to three primary folds as well as up to three cross folds. This versatile folder is equipped with an adaptable in-feed conveying system that can be adjusted for any ironer on the market regardless of manufacturer or roll diameter. The FRB folder can also be configured with up to three drop stackers for efficient sorting of large items.
The FTQ Multi-Use Dry-Goods/Towel Folder is capable of automatically measuring, folding, and stacking up to 1,200 items per hour. It comes in two models – the FTQ2000 for items up to 48 x 78 inches and the FTQ2400 for items up to 48 x 96 inches. The FTQ also has the ability to sort and stack items into three categories with the option of three or four delivery/storage conveyors.
For those looking for an all-in-one solution, the CompactPro All-in-One Ironing System is a must-see. This compact model can automatically feed, iron, fold, and stack small- and large-piece flat work linen as well as fitted sheets. It has a small footprint making it ideal for installation in tight spaces and requires only one or two operators. The CompactPro is available in natural or LP gas with either 24- or 32-inch diameter rolls and a standard working width of 130 inches.
