PRIOR LAKE, Minn. - WisconsinEagle -- Digital Cash Processing (DCP), a fintech corporation and international issuing and acquiring processor, announced today that Ram Chary has been retained as Chief Executive Officer and will serve as Chairman of the Board.
"I am pleased that Ram will lead us in our next phase of growth," said Craig Potts, owner and chairman of Digital Cash Processing's predecessor Innovative Computer Professionals. "He brings deep experience in the payments and technology space along with extensive business development expertise that will accelerate DCP's growth."
Earlier this month the company announced their certification and the official launch of their robust transaction processing platform in the United States. A registered MasterCard Issuer Processor, Digital Cash Processing operates in several countries, works with some of the largest financial institutions in Latin America and the Caribbean, and has interfaces into several core banking software systems including Jack Henry.
Chary most recently served as Executive Chairman of CloudStreet Gaming, a software platform development company.

During his tenure as CEO of Everi, Chary identified and led the $1.2 billion acquisition of Multimedia Games, which transformed the company from a payments-only provider to a full solution supplier to the gaming industry.
Prior to joining Everi he led the global commercial services segment at FIS, the largest FinTech provider in the world. Chary was responsible for technology, global supply chain management, global contact center operations, offshore development and technology resources. In addition, he was in charge of FIS' retail payment solutions.
Earlier in his career, Ram spent 13 years at IBM Global Services leading large scale infrastructure outsourcing and consulting for financial institutions, as well as holding several leadership roles in operations and global finance.
Chary holds a BA in economics from the University of Colorado and a MS in finance and operations management from the Purdue University.
