HCC to Host Webinar on New Markets Tax Credits for Community Facilities

MADISON, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- Hope Community Capital (HCC) invites community development leaders, nonprofit and Tribal organizations, housing partners, and other interested stakeholders to register for New Markets Tax Credits (NMTC) 101 for Community Facilities, to be held on June 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. CT. This introductory webinar will examine how NMTC financing can advance community-serving developments and catalytic development initiatives by clarifying key concepts related to eligibility, capital stack strategy, underwriting, and project preparedness.

Presented by Sierra Johnson, VP of HCC's New Markets Tax Credits Practice, the session is designed to offer a clear and practical understanding of project competitiveness, transaction structure, and readiness considerations.
