Illusionist & Entertainer David Kovac to Perform at TAP Annual Gala

STURGEON BAY, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- Tickets are now on sale for the Third Avenue PlayWorks (TAP) Annual Gala to be held June 28, 2026, 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Stone Harbor Resort in Sturgeon Bay. This event celebrates another year of sparking inspiration within the community, with creative partners, and on the TAP stage, and will feature entertainment by comedian and magician David Kovac during the event.

The annual gala is the heart of the organization's fundraising efforts for the year and helps ensure TAP is able to bring meaningful theatrical experiences and vital education programs to audiences of all ages in Door County.

The 2026 gala will feature a silent and online auction, cocktail reception with heavy hors d'oeuvres plus one free drink, with entertainment by Wisconsin-born illusionist and entertainer, David Kovac. David has been nominated for Stage Performer of the Year at The Magic Castle in Los Angeles, the world-renowned, exclusive private clubhouse for the Academy of Magical Arts (AMA) and a premier performance venue for magicians.
