~ The City of Madison is offering in-person absentee voting beginning Tuesday, Mar. 21, at several locations throughout the city. Voters who wish to participate in this form of voting must bring an acceptable photo ID for voting in Wisconsin and, if necessary, a proof of residence document if they need to register for the first time or update their registration due to a move or name change.
The ExpressVote accessible ballot-marking device will be used for in-person absentee voting due to the dozens of ballot styles citywide. Those who have requested an absentee ballot by mail can return their completed ballots to an in-person absentee voting location during the location's voting hours.
