DELAVAN, Wis., July 9, 2024 ~ Kunes Auto & RV Group, a well-known automotive group in the Midwest, has recently made a major announcement. The company has launched a new umbrella company called Delavan Holdings, which will oversee all of its business entities. These include an auto financing company, an e-commerce fulfillment company, a lakeside resort, and a youth retreat center.
The team at Delavan Holdings is excited to welcome their newest member, Dan Haave, as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Haave will be responsible for overseeing all human resources aspects of the organization. This includes talent acquisition, talent management, development and learning, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
Haave brings with him a wealth of experience from his previous roles at Milwaukee-based Fortune 150 company Kohls. With over 25 years of experience in various leadership positions, including his most recent role as vice president of Human Resources supporting over 6,000 associates across the country.

Scott Kunes, chief operating officer at Kunes Auto Group expressed his excitement about Haave joining the team. "Dan's extensive experience makes him the perfect fit for this new role," said Kunes. "We are fortunate to have him on board to guide our family of businesses under Delavan Holdings."
