WASHINGTON - WisconsinEagle -- The Latino Leaders Network (LLN), a non-profit organization dedicated to "Bringing Leaders Together," will convene the 35th Tribute to Mayors to honor San Antonio Mayor Ron Nirenberg with the Antonio Villaraigosa Leadership Award and Jacqueline O'Garrow of Bank of America (Ret.) with the Champion Award. Hosted by Latino Leaders Network Chairman Mickey Ibarra, the event will take place on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at The Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC at 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 pm EST.
U.S. Conference of Mayors (USCM) President Mayor Francis X. Suarez of Miami, USCM Past-President Mayor Greg Fischer of Louisville and Mayor Regina Romero of Tucson will deliver special guest remarks.
The Honorable Antonio Villaraigosa, 41st Mayor of Los Angeles, will present the award, followed by the honoree tribute delivered by Leticia Van de Putte of the LLN Board of Directors.
