Madison: Peak Hour Lane Closures--John Nolen Drive, starting Monday 11/13/23

~ John Nolen Drive will be reduced to one lane in each direction starting Monday, November 13, due to several projects taking place within the Monona Terrace tunnel. These projects include storm water piping replacement, fire alarm electrical work on the ceiling of the tunnel, and concrete repairs to the parking structure. The work is expected to be completed by Friday, December 22.
