About Neejay Sherman
Ever since she was a child, NeeJay always knew she wanted to impact the world. For instance, at 12 years-old she competed in the National American Miss Pageant. This is the first platform that NeeJay would take advantage of to become an advocate for girls who came from unstable households and lacked the resources needed. She could relate to this specific audience simply because this was also her story growing up.
With this type of influence and exposure alone, it helped to mold NeeJay into the young and resilient woman she is today. She also has her mother to thank for being such a big influence, believing in her dreams, and for instilling in her the importance of hard work. Other amazing women who inspire NeeJay to be great is Zendaya Coleman, Yara Shahidi, and Amandla Stenberg.
Over the years, Neejay has been blessed to follow her heart and intuition, which led her to leave her small Kansas town and move to New York to pursue her collegiate education. The devoted scholar received her Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising and Event Planning from LIM, a private school in Midtown Manhattan that's focused on the business of fashion.

In addition, she was the LIM Production Director and she pioneered the school's highly anticipated Annual Fashion Show, which would bring in nearly 2,000 visitors.
NeeJay is definitely a force to be reckoned. She has interned for reputable companies like Elle Magazine and DASH Boutique. She has been featured on popular reality TV shows such as Keeping Up With The Kardashians and DASH Doll.
In her spare time, NeeJay volunteers at the New York Center for Children, Ronald McDonald House and Faith Is Life Organizations. The future philanthropist realizes that by giving her time and attention, she has the opportunity to positively impact someone else's life and provide them with the encouragement to never give up despite challenging circumstances. Neejay also enjoys painting, playing the piano, writing poetry, and taking singing lessons.
