The DRG has promoted Shelley Ahrens to the role of Chief Customer Officer. Ahrens has played a leading role in generating new business and helping position The DRG as a competitor in its field. As Vice President of Research Services for the past five years, Ahrens led the company's Research Services group ensuring clients receive the highest quality, data-driven insights, and thought leadership at every turn. Her responsibilities as Chief Customer Officer include continued leadership over The DRG's strategic planning while cultivating the company's customer-centric culture, driving enhancements to the client experience, and championing new product and service development.
Ron Rawski has been promoted to Chief Information Officer, formerly Vice President of Technology and Administrative Services. Rawski has contributed to the advancement of the company's technological capabilities in countless ways. Key accomplishments include the virtualization of the server infrastructure, the migration of productivity and ERP systems to the cloud, plus the development of a mature information security management system. In his position as Chief Information Officer, Rawski will be responsible for setting long-range strategies for The DRG's technology investment and resource management. Specific areas of focus will involve optimizing internal solutions and designing customized technology platforms.

The company also promoted Nikki Riggleman from Senior Director to Vice President of Business Development. Riggleman has deep research experience having consulted with clients across a myriad of industries. Under her direction, sales have increased by double digits. As Vice President of Business Development, her responsibilities will include cultivating strategic partnerships to expand The DRG's service offerings and driving growth through operational efficiencies, while continuing to grow client relationships. She will also become a member of The DRG's Senior Management Team.
