The initiative supports small businesses with the potential to grow, to offer quality employment, and to create economic opportunity for vulnerable populations and their communities. In Atlanta, (where Ms. Phair and Mr. McCritty met to complete their tech products); the grant went to the Morehouse College Entrepreneurship Center and Techsquare Labs, a startup hub with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

Ms. Phair's new tech product ReferAll; streamlines the referral recruitment process and utilized by PEP Travel Group for assisting in hospitality staffing.
