MEQUON, Wis., March 27, 2024 ~ Eagle Eye Power Solutions, a leading provider of DC power solutions for the electric utility industry, has experienced significant growth over the past three years. This growth has led to an increased demand in two key areas of their business: product management and business development.
To address this need, Eagle Eye has recently welcomed two new senior-level hires to their team. Aaron Aho joins as Senior Product Manager, bringing with him 25 years of experience in product development at AT&T and DirecTV. Lucas Berndt joins as Business Development Manager for Eagle Eye University and Chargers, with seven years of experience in the DC power industry and a strong background in training on Eagle Eye's switch-mode battery chargers.
According to Ryan Sberna, President and CEO of Eagle Eye, these new hires are crucial for sustaining the company's momentum. "In order to continue expanding our product portfolio and optimizing our current offerings, we knew we needed experienced resources," said Sberna.

Aho and Berndt will be focusing on strategic product lines such as the VIGILANT™ battery monitoring system, BC-2500™ industrial switch-mode battery charger, and Eagle Eye University battery training courses. Sberna believes that their expertise will provide valuable direction for these important divisions of the company.
Eagle Eye currently offers five product divisions, along with education and services teams. These products are specifically designed for DC power applications in the electric utility space and include battery monitoring systems, stationary power equipment, portable testing devices, gas detectors and ventilation fans for battery room safety, and load banks that can be customized per application.
The company is committed to continuous innovation across all its product lines and adds new products every year. They also have plans to expand into other areas such as renewables and customized integrated systems in the near future.
Sberna expressed his excitement about the company's growth and the addition of Aho and Berndt to their team. "This is a really exciting time for the company and the industry, and Aaron and Lucas are both capable of jumping right in and continuing to elevate our brand. We're very happy to have them on board," he said.
With these new hires, Eagle Eye is well-positioned to meet the growing demand for their products and continue their upward trajectory in the DC power industry.
