BROOKFIELD, Wis., Nov. 21, 2023 ~ Hydrite, a leading provider of chemicals and related services in the United States, has successfully implemented a new company-wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The new system is expected to reduce complexity, improve operational effectiveness, and drive enhanced partner collaboration.
The ERP Core team, consisting of 12 Hydrite employees from various fields, has been working on the implementation for the past 24 months. The two-phase rollout began on July 31, 2023 with the Corporate, Milwaukee, Tech Center and Lacrosse facilities and concluded on October 30th with Hydrite's other seven manufacturing sites; Oshkosh, Cottage Grove, University Park, Waterloo, Terre Haute, Lubbock and Visalia.

John Adams, Supply Chain & Business Systems Chief Executive Officer at Hydrite commented on the successful rollout: "Thanks to everyone who has made this project successful. I'm extremely happy with the team we have assembled to push this project to completion. End user training was provided throughout each rollout phase to allow employees to familiarize themselves with the new system. Participation in these training courses was high with a pass rate of 99% over nearly 150 sessions.
