~ As the American Family Insurance Championship approaches, residents and visitors of Madison, Wisconsin can expect some road closures and limited access to certain areas. According to the event's press release, multiple streets will be impacted during the week of June 1st.
North Sherman Avenue, north of Wheeler Road, will be closed to non-local traffic throughout the week. Comanche Way will also experience closures from June 5th to June 7th for non-local traffic. In addition, Hoffman Street, north of Anderson Street, will be closed daily from 7:00am to 5:30pm during those same dates to accommodate shuttle service for the event.

However, all streets are expected to fully reopen on Sunday, June 7th by 8:00pm. It should also be noted that there will be limited access to Cherokee Marsh Conservation Park North Unit during this time. The parking lots and entry road will be closed to vehicles and only pedestrian and bicycle access will be allowed from June 1st to June 7th.
