The election to name the Streets Division electric compactors is now open.
The final day to vote is Tuesday, July 5, 2022.
How to Vote for Your Electric Compactors
Go to the election website and then you will rank your top five names from the list of fifteen finalists for each compactor.
You can rank fewer than five names for each compactor if you choose, but you must select at least one.
How the Votes will be Counted
You will be ranking the top five names for both the trash and recycling compactor.
The name with the most overall total points for the trash and recycling compactor will be selected as the winners.
The name you like best should be ranked #1 and that name will be awarded 5 points.

Your second choice should be ranked #2 and that name will be awarded 4 points.
Your third choice should be ranked #3 and that name will receive 3 points.
Your fourth choice should be ranked #4 and that name will receive 2 points.
And your fifth choice should be ranked #5 and that name will receive 1 point.

A naming ceremony will take place after the election closes on July 5, 2022. Further details will be available later.
