Demand for precision sheet metal fabrication is on the rise as discerning customers seek out metal shops capable of completing orders that feature highly detailed specifications.
Badger Sheet Metal Works has proven itself a leader in metal fabrication behind a solid track record of delivering high-quality projects.
"We have invested in an array of industry-leading equipment and training for our teams, all geared toward delivering the results our customers require," states Kenny Coe, director of sales at Badger Sheet Metal Works. "Metal fabrication is one area for which we take pride in our level of expertise."
Our programmers get the process started by confirming the manufacturability of customer design files prior to hitting the shop floor. The production floor features equipment capable of performing complex as well as simple operations that adhere to tight tolerances.

Welding excellence is a major factor in precision sheet metal fabrication
Badger Sheet Metal Works builds in stop points for quality inspections throughout the precision sheet metal fabrication process.
Our welders hold many AWS qualifications for carbon steel (D1.1), aluminum (D1.2) and stainless steel (D1.6), and have extensive experience adhering to custom weld qualifications when requested by customers.
Moving and loading large-scale precision sheet metal fabrication projects such as tank fabrication orders is the job of the crane operators in our main production bay. The pair of 15-ton cranes can combine for 30 tons of total lifting capacity with a 22-foot under-hook height.
"The final step in our precision sheet metal fabrication process involves collaboration with customer teams to ensure any system diagnostics and operational elements meet stated requirements," Coe explains.
