Ver-Tex Construction Announces Major Expansion

CANTON, Mass. - WisconsinEagle -- Ver-Tex Construction, a leading distributor and installer of custom window treatments and acoustic wall and ceiling solutions headquartered in Canton, MA, has announced its acquisition of Brambier's, one of the most prominent acoustic wall and ceiling solution providers in the southeast region of the United States. The addition of Brambier's will allow Ver-Tex to reach more customers and offer greater flexibility regarding deliveries, installation appointments and product options.

This acquisition comes as a result of Ver-Tex's long-term success serving New England and Florida and is the first major step to expanding the company's services to include Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, the Carolinas and Florida.

• Virtual assets - While all current contact information will remain unchanged, the appearance of all social media, email signatures and other virtual assets will reflect the new branding.
