A special community celebration in support of its Hometown Heroes Banner Program.
FRANKSVILLE, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- The Village of Raymond is proud to announce a special community celebration in support of its Hometown Heroes Banner Program, honoring local veterans and service members whose dedication, courage, and sacrifice have helped protect the freedoms we enjoy today.
The celebration will be held on Friday, July 3, beginning at 4:30 p.m. at the Village of Raymond's Festival Grounds located north of Raymond Elementary School - 2659 S. 76th Street Franksville, WI 53126
Community members, families, veterans, and supporters are invited to attend and help recognize the individuals featured through the Village of Raymond's Hometown Heroes Veterans Program.

The Hometown Heroes Banner Program is a meaningful tribute to Raymond residents and their family members who have served, or are currently serving, in the United States Armed Forces. Each banner serves as a visible reminder of their service and of the deep gratitude felt by the Raymond community.
As part of this year's celebration, the Village is also proud to announce that Raymond's Hometown Heroes will serve as the Grand Marshals of the Raymond Community & Business Organization's (RCBO) Fourth of July Parade. This honor reflects the Village's appreciation for their service and ensures they receive special recognition during one of Raymond's most cherished community traditions.

"Our Hometown Heroes represent the very best of Raymond," said Doug White, Village President. "These banners are more than decorations; they are a public expression of gratitude, remembrance, and respect for those who have served our country. We are honored to recognize them not only through this program, and pleased that the Raymond Community and Business Organization, which independent from our local government, will be feature our honorees in their parade."
The Village encourages everyone to attend the July 3rd celebration and show your support for Raymond's veterans, active-duty service members, and military families.
