To address this issue, Granicus has offered a workaround for affected users. They can restore access by clearing their browser cache and fully restarting their browser. If the issue persists, repeating this step should allow temporary access. Additionally, using Firefox as an alternative browser has not been impacted by this issue.
However, the company has not provided an estimate of when this issue will be resolved. In the meantime, for those who are unable to access the August 4, 2026 Common Council agenda via Legistar, it is available through other means.
