Change promises to enhance multiple levels of customer service through access to significant new resources
BROOKFIELD, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- In a strategic move to finalize the integration of two organizations and enhance multiple levels of customer service, 10 Wisconsin locations of Timber Creek, an FCA Company, have been rebranded to move forward as part of the FCA Packaging brand.
The change to FCA Packaging to reflect FCA's brand and national presence will provide the Wisconsin operations with significant new resources to serve customers. FCA's focus on designing and creating customized industrial packaging solutions will benefit customers through greater access to materials, broader engineering services, deeper design-build expertise, and expanded warehousing.
"This change has been carefully planned and undertaken intentionally, to align these FCA brands and our organization's resources under our primary FCA Packaging name and brand. This will further serve to enhance our customer service and available solutions to these markets," said David Wilsted, CEO of FCA Packaging.

"The former Timber Creek locations in Wisconsin will fully engage in the 40-plant FCA Packaging network, which spans 14 states," Wilsted continued. "This brings more expertise, more tools and more industry and customer reach. Our customers will benefit from even more superior packaging and improved product protection, along with cost efficiency and added flexibility in production timeframes. Our Wisconsin locations will be able increase their product and service offerings to regional customers who require a broader national service provider, and many companies moving into Wisconsin from other states are familiar with FCA Packaging's capabilities."
FCA Packaging provides custom-engineered industrial packaging for products ranging from servers to satellites. The company operates on a principle that thoughtfully designed and manufactured packaging keeps customers' products, and the environments around them, safe while in transit. Well-designed packaging is integral to quality control and safe delivery of products.
FCA Packaging's products utilize wood, steel, corrugated and hybrid blends, available in expendable, reusable and returnable formats. The company is especially known for engineered wood products that deliver strong, cost-effective packaging solutions that comply with international shipping standards without additional customs hassle.

In addition to manufacturing custom boxes, crates, pallets and other protective packaging, the broad FCA Packaging network offers ISTA-certified design centers, warehousing and on-site customer operations facilities. Many plants in its coast-to-coast reach are located near key customers. Orders can often be assembled and delivered in less than 24 hours.
"This rebranding is a tremendous plus for the 10 FCA Packaging plants in Wisconsin," Wilsted said. "The ability to do more, and do so more efficiently, promises to drive business growth and better service to our customer base. The name and sign in front will change, but the resources, capabilities, and commitment to the Wisconsin market will be stronger than ever."
