FORT ATKINSON, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- Fort Atkinson and Richland Center, Wis. — 7/14/26 — Wisconsin elder law attorney Vincent Hein, founder of Hein Law Office LLC, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, commonly known as Wisconsin NAELA.

The Wisconsin Chapter of NAELA is a professional organization for attorneys who serve older adults, individuals with disabilities, and their families. Its members practice in areas including elder law, Medicaid planning, estate planning, guardianship, probate, trust administration, special needs planning, and Social Security disability law.

Hein has practiced law in Wisconsin since 2009. His professional background includes elder law, estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, protective placement, and Social Security disability representation. Before entering private practice, Hein worked within the Social Security disability adjudication system as a decision writer and trainer.

Hein earned both a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration. His combined legal, business, financial, and government-benefits experience informs his approach to complex elder law and estate planning matters.
