Veteran retirement industry leader strengthens advisor and plan sponsor support across the Central region
APPLETON, Wis. - WisconsinEagle -- The Retirement Advantage, Inc. (TRA)®, a leading provider of retirement services nationwide, announced the appointment of Brad Wehrfritz as Regional Plan Consultant. Wehrfritz joins TRA with more than 15 years of experience in retirement plan consulting, sales, and client relationship management.
In his role, Wehrfritz will support financial advisors and plan sponsors throughout Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Kansas, bringing deep expertise in plan design, compliance strategy, and advisor education. He will report to Tim Lastivka, Vice President of National Sales and Distribution at TRA.
Wehrfritz most recently served as a retirement plan consultant at EPIC RPS, where he consistently exceeded revenue goals and supported the onboarding of new retirement plans. His experience includes conducting annual plan reviews, adjusting plan designs to address compliance testing results, and leading retirement education and enrollment meetings for plan sponsors and participants. Earlier in his career, Wehrfritz held senior, client-facing roles with Lockton Investment Advisors, OneAmerica, Bank of America, and CitiMortgage, building a strong foundation in retirement consulting, investment education, and relationship management.

Wehrfritz earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Saint Louis University and holds the Qualified 401(k) Consultant (QKA) designation. Throughout his career, he has remained focused on delivering strong client outcomes, effective plan strategies, and consistent growth.
